1. About 24 Cine Crafts

24 Cine Crafts is a structured vertical micro-drama production ecosystem developed for mobile-first storytelling. The platform enables structured participation in specific content series through:

• Cash participation

• Value-in-kind participation (assets, properties, equipment, services)

24 Cine Crafts operates under a professionally managed production framework.

2. Nature of Participation

Participation in any project:

• Is series-specific

• Is governed by a separate written agreement

• Does not constitute equity ownership in 24 Cine Crafts unless explicitly stated in writing

• Does not create partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship unless contractually defined

No participation is confirmed until a formal written agreement is executed.

3. Cash Participation

Where participation is made via monetary contribution:

• Minimum and maximum participation levels are defined per series

• Revenue share (if applicable) is proportional to the participation level

• On-screen credits are subject to agreed contribution level

• Payment schedules and terms will be defined in the formal agreement

All funds are allocated strictly toward the production of the selected series.

4. Value-in-Kind Participation (Asset-Based)

Where participation is made via assets such as:

• Locations

• Properties

• Equipment

• Production services

The following applies:

• Assets are valued at mutually agreed market rates

• Valuation is documented before production

• Asset usage does not imply transfer of ownership

• Revenue share and on-screen credit depend on assessed value

Final eligibility is subject to production requirements.

5. Revenue & Earnings

If revenue sharing applies:

• Revenue is calculated series-wise

• Distribution timelines are defined in the participation agreement

• Revenue is based on actual realized income

• Platform fees, production recovery, and operational expenses may apply as defined in contract

Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on audience performance and market response.

6. No Investment Advice

24 Cine Crafts does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advisory services.

Participants are advised to:

• Conduct independent due diligence

• Seek professional financial advice before committing funds or assets

Participation decisions are made voluntarily and at the participant’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All scripts, concepts, visuals, branding, and produced content remain the intellectual property of 24 Cine Crafts unless contractually specified otherwise.

Participants do not acquire ownership of IP unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Risk Acknowledgement

Content production involves commercial and creative risk, including:

• Audience unpredictability

• Platform performance variability

• Market changes

• Production delays

Participation carries inherent business risk.

9. Communication & Information Sharing

Information shared via:

• Website

• WhatsApp

• Email

• Project decks

Is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

Final terms are defined only through executed agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

24 Cine Crafts shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of anticipated profit

• Market-related downturns

• Delays due to external factors

Liability is limited to the extent defined in the formal participation agreement.

11. Modification of Terms

24 Cine Crafts reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in [Mumbai].
