The 24 Cine Crafts Vertical Micro-Drama Ecosystem provides structured participation opportunities in the production of vertical micro-drama series. Participation may be through cash investment or value-in-kind contribution (assets, locations, equipment, services).

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Participation

Participation in any series constitutes a commercial collaboration in content production. It is not:

• A fixed deposit

• A guaranteed income scheme

• A securities offering

• A collective investment scheme

• A promise of assured financial return

Participants engage voluntarily with full understanding of the commercial nature of media production.

2. Revenue is Performance-Based

Any revenue share is strictly dependent on:

• Series performance

• Viewer engagement

• Platform monetisation

• Distribution outcomes

• Market conditions

Revenue, if any, is variable and not guaranteed.

3. No Guaranteed Returns

24 Cine Crafts does not guarantee:

• Profit

• Break-even recovery

• Timelines for earnings

• Specific revenue amounts

All projections, discussions, or examples shared are illustrative in nature.

4. Creative & Commercial Control

All creative, production, marketing, and distribution decisions remain under the control of 24 Cine Crafts and its designated production team to ensure professional execution and brand consistency.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Media production involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Audience unpredictability

• Platform policy changes

• Regulatory factors

• Production delays

• Commercial underperformance

By participating, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.

6. Independent Decision

Participants are advised to:

• Conduct independent due diligence

• Seek financial or legal advice if required

• Evaluate their personal financial capacity before participating

Participation should be made only with discretionary funds.

7. No Employment or Partnership Relationship

Participation does not create:

• An employment relationship

• A legal partnership

• Shareholding rights in the company

• Ownership of the platform

Credits and revenue participation apply only to the specific series selected.

8. Modification Rights

24 Cine Crafts reserves the right to update participation structures, revenue models, or operational frameworks at its discretion.
